These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NESE 2026 website and participation in the Nigeria Electrification Summit 2026 (“the Summit”). By using this website or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Summit

NESE 2026 is a curated, invitation-based convening of stakeholders across Nigeria’s electricity sector, including government, investors, developers, and advisors.

2. Registration

  • All registrations are subject to review and approval by the Summit secretariat
  • Submission of a registration form does not guarantee attendance
  • The secretariat reserves the right to accept or decline any registration

3. Delegate Participation

  • Delegates agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • Participation may include scheduled meetings, networking sessions, and communications
  • Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times

4. Sponsorship

  • Sponsorship opportunities are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis
  • Submission of interest does not guarantee availability
  • Final sponsorship is confirmed only upon formal agreement and payment

5. Payments and Fees

  • All applicable fees for registration or sponsorship must be paid as agreed
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • The organisers reserve the right to modify pricing where necessary

6. Programme Changes

  • The Summit agenda, speakers, and schedule may be updated at any time
  • The organisers are not liable for changes beyond their control

7. Media and Recording

  • The Summit may be recorded, photographed, or filmed
  • By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional and reporting purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding associated with NESE 2026 remain the property of the organisers and may not be used without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The organisers are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Travel or accommodation costs
  • Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

10. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access
